Noble County Learns About State of Gas, Oil Industry

Cambridge Daily Jeffersonian. A room full of people gathered in Caldwell in recently for a symposium, “Where Are We Now,” which briefed members of the community on the state of the gas and oil industry in eastern Ohio. Hosted by the Noble County Chamber of Commerce and The Ohio State University Extension of Noble County, the presentation saw 48 people assemble to hear from various speakers. Among those briefing the audience were Mike Chadsey, Ohio Oil and Gas Association; Rebecca Heimlich, American Petroleum Institute; Melissa Hamsher, Eclipse Resources; Gene Huck, Artex; and Alan Fraley, Noble County Chamber of Commerce.
